Customer Service - Online Purchase Information

This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the ELYKSSOR.com US website.

Product Availability

All Elykssor products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order; or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Unfortunately, once an item is out of stock it will no longer be available to order online since we do not backorder.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Elykssor website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Elykssor online offers price adjustments for online purchases on first markdown only. Specifically, if an item has been reduced from its full price, we will credit you the difference. A price adjustment request must be made within 7 days of the order date for the price adjustment to be honored. Please contact us by sending an email to sales@elykssor.com. We will refund the adjusted amount in the original form of payment. Please note that price adjustments can only be issued for the difference between the amount that was paid by the customer and the sale price. Adjustments can not be issued for sales taxes and/or shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing to ensure proper billing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If we are not able to verify your billing information, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email. To ensure that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches your credit card issuing bank records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Elykssor reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to verification process. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent. We accept credit cards that have been issued by a bank within the U.S. or Canada and have a valid billing address within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax

Elykssor charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipments are processed using FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. next day, second-day and ground). Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Elykssor. These interruptions include but not limited to transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more*
*Discount automatically taken at checkout. Offer applies to free ground shipping for U.S. orders only. Offer applies to orders with a merchandise total of $75 or more, tax and shipping excluded.

Estimated shipping costs are calculated using FedEx’s standard rates for the shipping method chosen for checkout.

Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours.

*Ground service not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.

Find the FedEx number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at www.fedex.com to check the status of your online order.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@elykssor.com.

Return Policy

Here at Elykssor Clothing, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise must be returned and received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached, in the original packaging and be accompanied with the original invoice, within 21 days of the order date, to receive a full credit in the original form of tender. Items purchased with a coupon or special promotion may result in an adjusted refund amount. It may take up to 30 days to process your return and refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

If returning an item, send an email to sales@elykssor.com prior to shipping the merchandise. Be sure to state the reason for the return or exchange, include your full name, specific order and the item that you are returning. The merchandise should be sent back to us as noted below.

Exchange Policy

Here at Elykssor Clothing, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange the item for another, or new color or size, you may exchange it within 21 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise must be returned and received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached, in the original packaging and be accompanied with the original invoice, within 21 days of the order date, to be eligible for an exchange transaction.

If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Elykssor.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via standard ground delivery. Shipping costs incurred for exchanges made for any other reason are the responsibility of the customer.

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your exchange (up to 30 days), you may elect to place a new order right away rather than wait for your exchange to process. Availability of items can change and the availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed. If you wait for the exchange order to process, the item(s) you want in exchange may no longer be available. If you prefer, you may place a new order immediately and simply return the unwanted item(s) in accordance with our stated return policy.

A $5.50 fee for shipping your exchange merchandise will be charged to the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

If exchanging an item, send an email to sales@elykssor.com prior to shipping the merchandise. Be sure to state the reason for the exchange, include your full name, specific order and what specific item(s) you would like to exchange them for. The merchandise should be sent back to us as noted below.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on any merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Items that do not comply with the above policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you do ship such items, Elykssor Clothing will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Changes/Cancellations

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing most orders within one business day of receipt. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or cancellation, your order may have already been processed and your package could be on its way to you. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@elykssor.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
